Changes in contracts
Reduced duration of phase A and B contractsEffective January 1, the duration will be shortened from 78 weeks to 52 weeks for the Phase A contract. The duration of the phase B contract will also be shortened. The phase B contract will have a maximum duration of only 3 years and/or 6 contracts. After both contracts expire, the temporary employee will be entitled to a phase C contract: an indefinite contract.
If the cooperation with the temporary employee in phases A and B is successful, of course, we are happy to continue this cooperation in a permanent position at Green Talent!
